- (Jeff) - I grew up around the car business. When I graduated from college I got into advertising and marketing consulting. After consulting with many businesses, my sense was "hey if you think you know what to do, just do it!" I knew enough about the car business to have a simple focus for Warehouse Auto. Offer people really good cars in a straightforward way. I figured if it worked it worked and if it didn't I'd go do something else. No compromises. (Some people even said it wouldn't fly because you can't really be honest in the car business)! Well, it did work, and continues to. Now my son, who was just a little kid throwing rocks at cars back then, has joined us and continues the family focus. Along with Danny, who has been a key part of the team for over a decade...We welcome the chance to be your family's car store! - (Terry) - My background is in health care. I was working full time as a homecare nurse when Jeff started selling cars in front of an old warehouse in Shueyville. About three years later I joined him, mostly working behind the scenes coordinating office and accounting functions. Back then I actually set up our very first website using a polaroid camera and a flat-bed scanner! While the technology behind car sales has certainly changed, our effort to maintain a strong customer focus in everything we do has stayed the same. My particular focus is making sure that women who are shopping for a car feel comfortable with the process and happy with their purchase. I've always liked cars! I started at Warehouse Auto in 1997 in detailing and helping with customers when needed. Several years ago, there was an opening in sales and I thought I'd give it a try. I like it because it's really more customer service than sales...we try to find a vehicle people will enjoy and our vehicles essentially sell themselves (my family has even bought seven vehicles here!).
